These words are not always easy to say to yourself or to others. They are sometimes not easy to hear.


We tend to reserve these words for loved ones and for intimate relationships. Some have never said these words to themselves or others.

Imagine saying this to yourself. Do so now. I LOVE YOU. I LOVE ME. Look into a mirror and speak to your eyes. How do you feel? Keep saying it till you really feel loved by yourself. Keep saying it till you love yourself.


Imagine saying it to others. Imagine someone saying it to you. So many emotions. So many possibilities.


The challenge is to be seen saying this with love, compassion, gentleness and sincerity.
